About NOTCH8

Notch8 is located… A broad selection of cardio machines, olympic weight strength training plates, pulley machine strength training, and TRX training equipment is available.

In addition, several group fitness classes are offered: Indoor Cycling, Yoga and Body Sculpting – all are included with membership on a first come first served basis. Showers, sauna, towel service, locker room toiletries, and day use lockers are also included.

Membership Fee

A monthly membership is the most popular way to experience Pulse Fitness Health Club. Our monthly rate is $20 per month – $0 enrollment fee.

Group Fitness Classes

We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes. From boot camp style classes to yoga, there’s something for everyone!

Class Descriptions:

RIP-N-RIDE: Cycling & Strength

This is not your average cycle and strength class! Rip-N-Ride utilizes cardiovascular and strength intervals to keep your body moving and working. You are alternating between spin bikes and floor stations. Just when you thought you had enough, it is time to change it up!

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training

Done in timed intervals, you will give it everything you’ve got in quick, high-intensity exercises, followed by short and active recovery. Modify and progress as needed (i.e. choose non-impact versions of each move, use lighter weights or limit range of motion).

CYCLING: Cycling

Indoor cycling classes can burn 350-400 calories and is perfect for all fitness levels! The instructor will guide you on a ride that mimics flat roads, hills and sprints.

CLUB VIBE: Dance Fitness

Studio style dance mixed with cutting edge fitness in an entertaining and effective cardio dance format.

Dance to a cardio workout that is motivating, high-energy, and fun! Get ready to dance, sweat and smile often.

BOOT CAMP: Circuit Training

Challenge your muscles with weights, resistance bands, body bars and many more fitness toys in this 45-minute circuit-based class. Get ready to change it up each week as you tackle a full body workout.

YOGA: Stretch & Relaxation

Hard day at work? Join us for total relaxation focused on breathing and getting in tune with your muscles.

​Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
