Client Needs:

Our client was building a brand new multi-tenant office building that included a very high end fitness center.  They put out an RFP to find a company to assist with the design phase and manage the fitness center upon opening.

For two years we worked side by side with our client during the planning, design, build and launch phase for their fitness center. We assisted with financial planning and budgeting, feasibility studies, conceptual and design planning, equipment selection, program development and equipment install. We currently serve as the on-site fitness center management team providing health and wellness services to their entire population.
